Your mission:

Oversee the сompany’s financial records and guide the bookkeeper.

You will take a major part in supporting the daily financial activities of the Company.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Monitoring the сompany’s books and ledgers. 
  • Month-end closing and preparation of management reports.
  • Monitor collection performance, aging status, and bad debts.
  • In charge of the monthly billing process.
  • Approval of payments and suppliers.
  • Perform daily financial activities and work closely with other departments.
  • Taking on ad-hoc tasks/projects.

Requirements

  • CPA (post internship) – must.
  • High level of English – must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – must.
  • Strong communication and service orientation skills.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent Excel and Office skills.

Would be great (and considered an advantage) if you have:

  • 1-2 years in a controller/assistant controller position- big advantage.
  • Experience in the High-Tech industry – big advantage.
  • Experience with Priority software.
  • Experience in management reporting.
  • Process/controls oriented.
  • Experience in budget planning and monitoring.
